Best albums of 2022

Here we are yet again: after passing by in a blur, 2022 comes to an end and I briefly retrospect the past 12 months in music.

This year has been unfortunately marked by a lot of health issues and less than favorable events that stopped me from doing many things, music listening included. There’s a lot of stuff I haven’t heard either because I didn’t have the energy or because it went completely under my radar.

Regardless, I still got to experience a lot of amazing tunes from a wide range of genres. From chamber pop to blackgaze, these are my personal picks for the top 20 albums of 2022.
